About this tool
The random file picker chooses files from a list without bias:
- Batch upload: drop several files and the names are listed
- Pick a count: set how many to draw and run it in one click
- No repeats: each file is drawn at most once
- Allow repeats: optionally permit the same file more than once
- Type names: paste a plain list of filenames instead of uploading
When to use it
- Run a draw where each file is an entry
- Sample a subset from a data set
