About this tool
The tag stripper extracts plain text from HTML:
- Strip all tags: remove every tag and keep only the text
- Strip selected tags: name the tags to remove, such as script, style or div
- Comments: optionally remove HTML comments
- Whitespace: optionally collapse repeated spaces and newlines
- Live: the output updates as you type
When to use it
